Abstract: 

In today's business era, using Open Source Software for the development of new products is imperative considering the piracy and cost of proprietary licenses cost. At the same time, the risks of using Open Source Software reprehensively are colossal. OSS usage introduces legal, business and technical risks. Legally, failure to comply with OSS licensing requirements may result in penalties and other costs.
