Abstract: 

Changes are taking place in all the sectors, not only in retail. But how this changes were taking place in market. If we make comparison between 1970’s to 1991 and onwards we can observe, consumers wants to see the old pattern trends in new look and these new looks are influencing for changes. In European country’s new concepts were introducing in broad manner, means with high frequency advertisement or awareness creating activity, this marketing hype pull consumers towards new concepts to experience this new concepts, otherwise it will disappear from the market within short span of time. These information’s are flowing through expatriates returning to home on annual vacations, when they sharing their experiences and the listeners wants to see their regular shopping locations into new look on one side and on the other side whenever any entrepreneurs visits such locations in abroad, these new concepts will influencing them to renovate their existing format in to new look. Most of the modern retail outlets are located in urban and semi urban areas.
