Abstract: 

In order to generating employment and alleviate rural poverty ,Government of India brought in the flagship Program me called Mahatma Gandhi National Employment Guarantee Act 2005.Unempolyment and low productivity is main casus of Rural Poverty. In This Paper Highlighting the problem and challenges faced in implementing MGNREGA in Rural Area.
