Consciousness is Awareness

The consciousness experience is the self experience of Human been regarding the facts surrounded near him. When a person experience for the happening and react as per the best suitable requirement is termed as his consciousness. It is the sub-conscious behaviour which has been generated by his brain or any part of his body. Consciousness is the awareness among human being as to cope up with the environment.

Education is a dynamic process that starts from birth. A child surrounded by parents and other siblings experiences her surroundings and responds. The Central and State Government help in generating fund for higher educational policies which are framed for improving the literacy ratio in India. Here, in this study the researcher want to analyse the CQI level of rural children as well as implementation of these government policies for the upgradation of students for that an self constructed questionnaire was administered and making filled by the students of government schools.
