Abstract: 

In today’s modern era where the life is so fast with lot of advancements, stress is also there in almost everyone’s life. Stress is a fact of Everyday life which cannot be neglected. Practically speaking, the real scenario of the world is that people do not know how to lead a life without stress. Stress has become very natural process of life these days. Stress is a negative emotion which often misunderstood as a motivator. Stress has a lot of negative implications which affect both the physical and mental health of the people. In this paper we will discuss various problems that could occur due to stress. We also discuss and analyze some scenarios where we usually get stressed in Daily life and which precautions can be taken to avoid stress and most important the remedies to eradicate the stress from our life and lead a pleasant Stress Free Life.
