This paper focused on the problem of object tracking & detection of moving objects in videos. A framework for the detection of high-speed moving objects based on picture blocks has been proposed in which the position of the object is roughly determined by examining the picture frame with the help of previous frames. In proposed technique, the moving object is detected in the determined local region and the result has been performed with the Digital Differential Analyzer (DDA) Algorithm using real-world image sequences to detect moving objects and to predict the next location of that particular moving object.
