Accurate calculation of resonance frequency of microstrip antenna is a important factor to guarantee their correct behavior its better performance. In the present communication, the method of moment’s technique is employed to evaluate the resonance frequency of microstrip antennas over thick substrates using neural networks.

According to previous work, obtained the numerical results and experimental results by this technique e, HFSS software .So this technique has prove to be useful in Microwave CAD applications.
