Cyber Security is one of the most critical issues of today in all the sectors, but when it comes to private organizations, the threats are real and the need to analyze Security is increasing. Despite the best practice of those involved with previous Cyber professional efforts, private sector organizations are still not fully protected. It will not improve Security and may actually lower it by providing a false level of comfort and tying the private sector down with outdated practice for Cyber threat protection. Cyber world is dynamic in nature and must be acknowledged and addressed by updated policies that are equally dynamic. This paper presents a detailed analysis of present status of Cyber threat in Cyber world and role of Security in private sector domains.
