Rural credit is given to poor peoples, farmers and unemployed persons to start their own work by some financial institution. For the poor farmers their savings are not sufficient enough and they need capital for meeting other requirements as well that’s why credit gains so much importance. No doubt, our government has taken numerous steps to help out farmers but does that actually help reaches those who really deserve? How many farmers are really able to avail these benefits? if government is taking so many steps what led some of the farmers to commit suicide? In this paper I try to examine those factors and discuss the same issues
